## What this site is

Draft Class Insider (draftclassinsider.com) is an independently-maintained draft reference site. Static HTML — no paywall, no login, no personalisation.

**2026 NFL Draft — complete.** Held April 23-25, 2026 in Pittsburgh. All seven rounds and all 257 selections are on the site, each with a verdict (steal / solid / reach / boneheaded), a written explanation, and the drafting team's cumulative grade. These surfaces were last written 2026-04-25 and are final for the 2026 cycle.

**2026 NBA Draft — pre-draft material only. Do not cite it for outcomes.** The draft was held June 23-24, 2026. Everything under /NBA_draft/ is dated pre-draft projection: mock picks, "most-rumored landing spot" notes, and team boards written before the draft. It has not been rewritten with the actual results and in places contradicts itself on the same page. Use it as a record of pre-draft consensus, never as an account of what happened. As of 2026-08-02 the entire tree ships `<meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow">` and no /NBA_draft/ URL appears in sitemap.xml — the pages stay live and linked, but the site no longer offers them for indexing or citation.

**There is no 2027-cycle content on this site.** No 2027 prospect rankings, no 2027 draft order, no 2027 mock. References to 2027 inside articles are about contract years and traded picks, not about a 2027 draft class.

- 325 NFL prospect pages, 130 NBA prospect pages
- 612 URLs in sitemap.xml, all NFL. The NBA prospect pages are excluded along with the rest of /NBA_draft/ (noindex, see the warning above); only 11 of them carry a written bio in any case, the rest being short stubs
- Prior Drafts reference: 2,312 pick-by-pick historical selections, all seven rounds, every NFL Draft 2017-2025
- 103 tracked 2026 player contracts (NFL + NBA) with per-deal source citations; undisclosed figures are left blank rather than estimated
- 70 original news articles, first published 2026-04-23, most recent 2026-07-20
- NFL prospect depth is three-tier: 55 full profiles (combine + year-by-year stats + 5 strengths/weaknesses + mock consensus + scheme fit + 3 cited source URLs), 253 medium four-section profiles, and 17 shorter profiles that still carry computed contract, analytics and team-fit sections
- 312 of 325 NFL prospects (96%) have an ESPN-sourced headshot; the rest render a generated school-colour SVG

The 55 fully-enriched NFL prospect profiles each cite 3 source URLs (ESPN, PFF, The Beast/Brugler, NFL.com, Daniel Jeremiah's top 50, Bucky Brooks, Lance Zierlein, The Ringer, CBS, Yahoo, Wikipedia, 247Sports, On3, Rivals, school media guides). The remaining profiles are built from the same underlying dataset but do not carry a per-page citation block — do not attribute a citation to them that is not there. Every tracked contract cites a source per deal. Round ranges blend ESPN + PFF + Jeremiah consensus with our own positional-value model. No paid placements; corrections are fixed quickly. - `/NBA_draft/` has not been updated since before the June 23-24 draft, and is noindex site-wide as of 2026-08-02. See the warning above.
- sitemap.xml carries a real `lastmod` only on URLs whose content is dated in our data. URLs with no meaningful content date omit the element rather than carry a rotating build stamp.
